For a property of this standard, basic amenities like towels should always be ready. The service lane leading to the property is a drawback — cab drivers often refuse to come directly to the location, causing inconvenience. Overall Rating: ⭐ 9/10 — A stunning property with great rooms and ambiance, but management needs to improve attention to basic hospitality essentials and accessibility.
